My dear brothers and sisters, in Islam.
Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarkatahu
‘The sweetness of this life lies in remembering Him,
the sweetness of the next life lies in seeing Him!’
I ask Allah that He facilitates that this essay reaches every ear, falls under the sight of every
eye, and is understood by every heart.
O, Women! We can’t imagine our existence without you. You’re the most beautiful, inescapable and indispensable part of our lives from cradle to grave; Allah’s mercy and blessings transcend through you. You’re the symbol of true love, sympathy, dedication, care, dignity and joy to the poor and desperate souls. You’re the most unique and outrank us through many such uniqueness and advancements.
Allah (SWT) says: "The believers, men and women, are Auliyā ' (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another; they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma'rüf (i.e., Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e., polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden); they offer their prayers perfectly (Iqįmat-as-Salat), and give the Zakat, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah will have His Mercy on them. Surely, Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise." (V.9: 71)
Islam in no way alters these advancements but enhances and enlightens them further to the limitless sky. Entirely Islam describes the rights of women and its essence to the perfection. Ordinary and fallible we, draw a different conclusion out of our biased conviction. However, to be benefitted by the true spirit of Islam and enjoy the sweetness of faith, we and mostly our sisters need to shun these things and understand Islam with a pure mind and sincere heart. We have the word of Allah and authentic sayings of Prophet (SAW) at our disposal --to enlighten ourselves and bring the lost peace to the world. What else we need? Today the crisis of humanity is not science and technology but the lack of inner peace, tranquillity, contentment and fear of the creator. Islam puts a lot of stress on women’s education. Ironically, we seem to have a mediocre view of the same thing. Islam which was supposed to be the first and foremost choice of gaining that education seems to be neglected altogether.
I hereby, out of meager knowledge share my grave concern for my Sisters in Islam, who are being misguided in the name of westernization, befooled, dishonored and shown the wrong approach to the living. The solution to all your misery and upliftment lies in studying and understanding Islam. Thereby, you will discover your true essence and indebtedness to this Religion. And you will feel highly obliged to serve this Deen of Allah. All the weird things that you think of yourself will go. You shall realize that your true worth, honor, and dignity lies in your noble character and in following and obeying the commandments of Allah (SWT). You shall realize that your presence is being felt. As a result, you are always under the spotlight, which has a tremendous impact on the surroundings. Such an importance and influence demands greater responsibility in the matters you associate yourself with: the clothes you wear, the way you walk and talk and your character. Those Satanic relationships (BF & GF) and tempting comments and demands from a silly guy will no longer feel appealing to you. All good and bad things will now be crystal clear to you. You will acknowledge that you no longer need your body to make a statement—to wear those provocative and exaggerated clothes that set a new standard for the poor girls to follow you in sins and your sins to get piled up. Even though they do not have enough resources to buy those clothes in, which you assume yourself to be dignified. What can she do?
Fashion....Slavery..Subjugation...as if you have no identity! Sisters try to imagine its dire consequences. What has happened to us? Why are we shying away from such a Religion that honors you most? This is just one aspect. There are many...

Indeed! The solution to all the problems lies in the true spirit of Islam, in honoring and encouraging our sisters to study and understand Islam. Noble and educated women are the treasure on the face of the earth. Educating those Islam means you’re educating yourself, your future and the whole community. We the people of Valley of Saints are in dire need of their contribution. It is believed that more than 7500 saints resided here. But see the circumstances now! Innocent People are ruthlessly murdered, tortured, humiliated, socially cut off, mentally tortured and spiritually stripped off by everyone here and there. Such oppression! Why? Have you ever wondered why? Perhaps, after introspecting yourself, you will acknowledge our relationship with Allah is not good. We are not worshipping and obeying Him the way He deserves. Our relationship with Al Qur’an is humiliating, thus we’re being humiliated back. We need to do our basics right. We forgot the fact that the Jihaad of self is compulsory for the Jihaad fee Sabililah (Jihad for the sake of Allah).
SubhanAllah! We all must ingrain this in the deep core of our hearts that the Sisters are someone’s treasure, someone’s honor, and respect, someone’s proud. As a matter of fact, the religion of Islam has given so much respect to women that wars were initiated, the flesh was sliced and heads struck off over a single one of them. How come you and I dare to dishonor and degrade them? You people out there! If you yourself or someone else is pushing you in blasphemous and immoral acts. Then you’re altering the honor and respect bestowed upon you by Allah. Thereby, you’re doing injustice to yourself and inviting the wrath of Allah. Then, you shouldn’t be complaining of family breakups, depression, anxiety, insomnia, diseases and other such stuff. Remember! You chose it and now, have it in your way.
“And whatever strikes you of disaster - it is for what your hands have earned; but He pardons
much.” [ Al-Qur’an 42:30]
May Allah (SWT) bestow us with His guidance, safeguard the honor and chastity of our Sisters, enable them to discover themselves in the light of Qur’an and help us to achieve best of both Worlds.
